Shipping policy

Shipping

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days.
  • Transit time (US): Typically 3–7 business days via tracked carriers.
  • Tracking: We’ll email tracking details once your order ships.
  • Shipping area: United States (for now).
  • Title & risk: Pass to you when the carrier takes possession.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal/hygienic nature of our products, opened or used items are not returnable.

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery.
  • Eligible items: Unopened, unused products in original packaging with proof of purchase.
  • How to start a return: Email info@gottapee.xyz with your order number and reason. We’ll provide an RMA and return instructions. Do not send items back without authorization.
  • Return shipping: If the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/wrong item), we’ll cover it. Otherwise, return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
  • Refund timing: Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days (your bank may take extra time to post).

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon delivery. If it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact info@gottapee.xyz right away so we can make it right (replacement or refund).

Exchanges

Need a different item? Start a return (if eligible), and place a new order.

Final Sale / Non-Returnable

Opened/used items, gift cards, and promotional/clearance items marked “final sale” are not returnable.

EU/UK Customers (if applicable)

Consumers in the EU/UK generally have a 14-day cooling-off period. However, there’s an exception for sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection/hygiene once unsealed. Unopened items are eligible within 14 days; opened items are not.
