Welcome to Gotta Pee (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms govern your use of our website, store, and related services (the “Services”). The Services are powered by Shopify. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be the age of majority in your location (or have parental consent) to use/purchase. Keep your login secure; you’re responsible for activity under your account.

2. Products & Content

We try to display products accurately, but colors/appearance can vary by device. Descriptions, availability, and prices may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.

3. Orders & Payment

Your order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline at our discretion. We must process payment before shipping. Review orders carefully—cancellations may not be possible after acceptance. Taxes, shipping, and fees are additional unless stated. By submitting a payment, you represent you’re authorized to use the method and that information is accurate.

4. Shipping & Risk

Processing is typically 1–2 business days; delivery timeframes are estimates only. Once we hand orders to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. See our Shipping & Returns for details.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene, opened/used items are not returnable. Unopened items may be returned within 30 days—see our Shipping & Returns for conditions and instructions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
(a) use the Services unlawfully;

(b) infringe IP or privacy rights;

(c) transmit malware, spam, or harmful content;

(d) scrape or crawl without permission;

(e) interfere with security or normal operation. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services (text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio, design) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. No license is granted except as expressly stated.

8. Feedback & UGC

If you submit reviews, ideas, or other content (“Feedback/UGC”), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display it for operating and promoting the Services. Don’t submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

9. Third-Party Tools/Links

We may provide access to third-party tools, apps, or links (including Shopify, Meta, TikTok, payment processors, and shipping partners). Use is at your discretion and governed by those parties’ terms/policies. We’re not responsible for third-party content or services.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information (including with Shopify and ad/analytics partners like Meta and TikTok). By using the Services, you consent to those practices.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as required by law, the Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement). We do not warrant uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; lost profits/revenue; or loss of data arising out of or related to your use of the Services or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable order.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us (and our affiliates, officers, employees, partners, and service providers, including Shopify) harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

14. Governing Law; Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflicts of law. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts located in Orange County, California.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we’ll provide notice as required by law. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

16. Severability, Waiver, Assignment

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn’t a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them without notice.
